Made with over 65% pure unrefined shea butter, this product has all the healing and moisturizing properties you would expect of unrefined shea butter in an soft, easy-to-use, body butter formula. This nourishing butter is formulated to absorb easily into your skin, giving you moisture without any of the greasy feel.
This body butter is scented with a wonderfully relaxing and smooth Lavender Vanilla fragrance.
INGREDIENTS
The Shea Butter Body Moisturizer combines unrefined shea butter with oils of coconut and jojoba, vegetable glycerin, and cornstarch.
Shea Butter is a natural source of vitamins A, E, and F. These antioxidants help the skin to retain its natural elasticity, absorb moisture from the air, and help prevent premature wrinkles by boosting collagen production.
Coconut oil is an excellent skin moisturizer and softener that absorbs quickly into your skin. When combined with other oils and butters, coconut oil helps to cut down on that greasy feel.
Jojoba oil absorbs quickly into the skin leaving it soft and hydrated. It is very similar to human sebum and helps to balance sebum production.
Glycerin is a liquid emollient and humectant that is derived from naturally occurring fatty acids. Humectants help to draw moisture back into your skin.
Cornstarch helps to cut the greasy feel of oils and butters. When used in skin care, cornstarch aides in absorption leaving your skin hydrated and silky smooth.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps to protect skin from aging and other environmental factors.
